Transforming the terrace balcony into a luxurious retreat took on a more compact yet equally stunning form, perfectly suited for a third-floor space. Lush, cascading plants in slim, modern planters hugged the edges, their verdant tendrils softening the glow of glass neon light designs—vibrant swirls of amber and teal—mounted on the walls, casting an electric elegance against the evening sky.
